In our society, women tend to become overwhelmed by the demands of their work lives, their relationships and their families.  In their attempt to be supportive to others, they often are insensitive to their own needs.  Helping women to honor their own instincts and develop behaviors that will sustain themselves as well as the significant others in their lives is a very important element of my work.
